Supervisory Committee
This group works with the Board and Senior Management to ensure that member assets are safeguarded and financial reporting objectives are met. To do so, the Supervisory Committee oversees the internal audit program and enlists an external auditor to review the credit unions books and records annually. They also interact with regulatory examiners, as needed. Committee members meet at least quarterly; regularly attend Board meetings; and consult with Senior Management.
A credit union member or employee can report any concern regarding financial or other matters to a member of the Supervisory Committee.
